1. What MyDrawDay is — and isn't
MyDrawDay is a free, independent informational tool: an odds calculator, a number generator ("Smart Pick"), and a syndicate cost/prize-splitting calculator for major European lotteries (EuroMillions, EuroJackpot, La Primitiva, SuperEnalotto, El Gordo, EuroDreams, and others).
MyDrawDay is not a lottery operator, a betting service, or a ticket seller. We do not sell tickets, accept wagers, process bets, or handle real winnings in any way. MyDrawDay does not facilitate participation in any lottery — it only calculates and displays publicly available mathematical odds and lets you plan hypothetical scenarios.
MyDrawDay is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to EuroMillions, SELAE, Camelot, Allwyn, or any national lottery operator. All lottery names are used only to describe the publicly published rules and odds of those games.
2. No system improves your odds
Every number combination in every lottery covered by MyDrawDay has an identical, fixed mathematical probability of being drawn. Nothing in this app — the odds calculator, the number generator, or any other feature — increases your chances of winning. Any feature that discusses "smart" number selection is about optimizing your potential payout if you happen to win (by avoiding commonly-picked numbers, which are more likely to be split among multiple winners), never about improving your odds of winning, which cannot be changed by anyone.
3. Accuracy
We calculate odds and figures based on each lottery's officially published rules and format. We work to keep this accurate and up to date, but lottery formats and rules can change, and errors are possible. Always verify against the official lottery operator's own published information before making any decision. MyDrawDay is provided for informational and entertainment purposes only.
4. Who this is for
MyDrawDay is intended for adults of legal age to participate in lottery games in their own country (typically 18+). It is not intended for use by minors.
5. Acceptable use
Please don't: scrape or systematically extract data from the app beyond normal personal use; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or resell the app or its code; use the app for any unlawful purpose; or misrepresent MyDrawDay as an official lottery service when sharing it with others.
6. Intellectual property
The MyDrawDay name, logo, and app design are owned by us. The app's code is proprietary. You're welcome to use the app itself for personal, non-commercial purposes; you don't have a license to copy, redistribute, or build a competing product from our code or brand assets.
7. Free features, and future paid features
MyDrawDay is currently entirely free. No account is required for the odds calculator, Smart Pick, or the syndicate splitter; signing in with Google is optional and only needed if you want to save a syndicate group between visits (see our Privacy Policy for what that involves). We may introduce a paid "Premium" tier in the future. These Terms will be updated with specific subscription, billing, cancellation, and refund terms before any paid tier launches — nothing about payment is in effect yet, and none of this section should be read as a current billing agreement.
8. No financial or gambling advice
Nothing in MyDrawDay is financial, investment, or gambling advice. Any decision to play a lottery, join a syndicate, or spend money on tickets is entirely your own, made at your own discretion and risk. Please only ever play with money you're comfortable losing, and use official resources (such as your country's responsible-gambling helpline) if lottery or gambling play ever stops feeling like entertainment.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
MyDrawDay is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your use of the app, reliance on any figures it displays, or any decision you make about lottery play, including financial losses.
10. Changes to the app and these Terms
We may update MyDrawDay's features and these Terms over time. We'll note significant changes in-app; continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the laws of your own country of residence if you are an EU consumer.
